Two Memphis Area Enhanced Use Lease RFP's Released

VA announces the release of two (2) Requests For Proposal (RFPs) for Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) opportunities of certain buildings and/or land parcels.
To address the parking shortage, the VA has identified two separate Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) opportunities of certain property at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), in Memphis, Tennessee:
- Memphis 1 (Building 8 and North Parking Lot) — Proposal due November 7, 2011 at 12:00 Noon EST
- Memphis 2 (Three Parking Lots) — Proposal due November 7, 2011 at 12:00 Noon EST
