ICMI CertifiedThe Health Resource Center (HRC) holds a site certification from the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), a well-known leader in the contact center industry.  The ICMI Site Certification Program conforms to the well-known international quality standards of the European Foundation for quality Management (EFQM), the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Awards and ISO9000, with modifications to meet contact center quality requirements. ICMI rated, and passed, HRC in six categories based on process maturity level, to include 47 standards. These standards enable HRC to maintain quality contact center operations and customer service for our nation’s Veterans.
