Indirect Cost Rate Agreements

The primary purpose of the ICRA guide is to provide a written procedure for negotiating Indirect Cost Rate Agreements (ICRA) with our Grant and Per Diem (GPD) providers.  However, the GPD ICRA guide contains other information that can assist GPD providers with financial management of Federal awards.  To that end, GPD providers are welcome to register to attend an overview of the ICRA guide via MS Outlook Live Meeting.

GPD Indirect Cost Rate Agreement Guide for Non-Profit Organizations

The primary purpose of the ICRA guide (posted below) is to provide a written procedure for negotiating Indirect Cost Rate Agreements (ICRA) with our Grant and Per Diem (GPD) providers.  However, the GPD ICRA guide contains other information that can assist GPD providers with financial management of Federal awards.  To that end, GPD providers are welcome on a first come first serve basis to attend an overview of the ICRA guide on Thursday March 28th at 11:00 a.m. eastern time or on Thursday April 4th at 4:00 p.m.  The overview will be presented using MS Outlook Live Meeting with audio limited to 49 VANTS lines (just one per provider).  To obtain the Live Meeting link and dial-in information please send an e-mail to robert.gegan@va.gov and copy/paste in the subject line one of the following depending on the session you wish to attend: 

          March 28th ICRA Overview
          April 4th ICRA Overview

The Live Meeting information will be e-mailed the week before the scheduled date of the overview.
