Berks County

Take Route 422 East until it becomes Penn Avenue. Travel thru West Reading into Reading. Turn left onto 6th Street. St. Joseph’s Medical Center is on the right. Our clinic is on the 3rd floor of that building.

Take Route 61 South in to Reading. Take North Take North 5th Street to Walnut and 6th Street. St. Joseph’s Medical Center is on that corner. Our clinic is on the 3rd floor.

 Cumberland County

From the Hanover/Gettysburg/Dillsburg Area: Take Route 15 North to Camp Hill.  After crossing the overpass, go through 3 traffic lights and just through the 3rd traffic light on the right is the Camp Hill VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic.

From the York Area: Take 83 North to the Camp Hill/Harrisburg split and follow the signs for Camp Hill. Exit onto 581 West.  Exit 581 West at the Camp Hill Exit (Route 15 N). Go through 3 traffic lights and the clinic will be on your right just through the 3rd traffic light.

 Lancaster County

From Reading or Denver area: Take Rte 222 South to Rt 30 East.  Exit onto Greenfield Road going right on the exit ramp onto the bridge.  At the third traffic light, turn right onto William Penn Way.  Take your first right onto Charter Lane.  Turn right into the third driveway and we are Suite 121.

From Gap, Strasburg area: Take 30 West passing Rockvale Square, exit right onto Greenfield Road.  Turn right at the light.  At the second light, turn right onto William Penn Way.  Take your first right onto Charter Lane.  Turn right into the third driveway and we are Suite 121.

 Schuylkill County

From Hazleton: Take Interstate 81 south to the St Clair exit 124A (PA-61 South).  Continue on PA-61 south for approximately 8 miles passing through 7 traffic lights.  At the 8th traffic light, turn left onto East Norwegian Street.  Continue up East Norwegian Street to the top of the hill.  Pass the entrance to the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center Garage and Emergency Room (ER).  The following left after the ER entrance will be the Medical Mall Road.  Turn left onto road and proceed uphill to the Medical Mall.  The VA Clinic is located on the 2nd floor in Suite 6.

From Lebanon: Take route 72 North to 81 North to the Pine Grove Exit. Go down the exit ramp and turn right onto Route 443. The sign says to Schuylkill Haven. Stay on this road about 10 miles. Turn left onto Route 183 and follow to Cressona. Turn right onto Route 61 North for 3 miles. Turn right at the 4th light (E. Norwegian Street/AM PM Minimart. Go to top of hill and park in the main lot for the Good Samaritan Hospital. Our clinic is located on 1H of that building.

From Hazleton: Take Interstate 81 south to the Frackville exit 124B (PA-61 North). Turn right onto Spruce Street.  Clinic is located at 10 East Spruce Street.

From Harrisburg: Take Interstate 81 north to the Frackville exit (PA-61 North).  Turn right onto Spruce street.  Clinic is located at 10 East Spruce Street.

From Lebanon: Take Route 72 north to Interstate 81.  Take Interstate 81 North.  Take the Frackville exit (PA-61 North).  Turn right onto Spruce Street.  Clinic is located at 10 East Spruce Street.

 York County

From Hanover: Take Route 30 East to Memory Lane. Go right at the end of the ramp onto Memory Lane.  Turn right on Eastern Blvd.   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn left into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.

From Lancaster:  Take Route 30 West to Mt Zion Rd (Rt. 24). Go left at the end of the ramp onto Mt. Zion Rd. Turn right on Eastern Blvd.   Turn right on South Royal St.   Turn left into the parking lot. Our clinic is on the first floor to your right as you enter the building.
