Dave Anderson Shares Stories About Life with MS Can Be Okay
Dave Anderson originally from Minnetonka, Minnesota shared his first story with us for our MS Veteran newsletter in the Fall 2009 edition. He commented on his belief that your attitude has an effect on your health, and that it is important to learn how to take charge of your physical and mental health. The second story reviews his emotional changes from his first diagnosis to his current experiences living with MS. He states, Looking forward seems to be a therapeutic endeavor as opposed to being “stuck” in the fears of the present. We hope you will be encouraged by his stories of living with hope.
