VA Care Network for Veterans With Multiple Sclerosis

In this video, Dr. Jodie Haselkorn, Director of the MS Center of Excellence - West, explains the care network consisting of two centers of excellence and regional centers with special expertise. The goals of the centers are to provide consistent, evidence-based, high-quality care by educating providers and patients. Veterans with MS require an interdisciplinary care team of providers, neurologists, therapists, and psychologists. The VA's person-centered care model ensures that the care team communicates with each other, keeping the patient in center of their care. (6 minutes)
