Cognitive Functions and Tests for Cognitive Impairment

Different cognitive functions are assessed for possible cognitive impairment. These include problem solving, attention, learning and memory, language, perceptions and personality. Some of the tests used in assessment are:

- Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test (PASAT)
- Selective Reminding Task
- Decay from Long-Term Memory
