Neuropathology and Cognition for Multiple Sclerosis
Stephen Rao discusses the advances in understanding the pathology of MS, how it progresses over the course of the disease, and how that relates to cognition. The use of MRIs has been a great advantage, as they are very sensitive to the white matter lesions. He describes a study where they related the number of lesions to neuropsychological performance. He discusses the tests they performed and shows some of the results.
