Welcome to Veterans Industries/Compensated Work Therapy! Veterans Industries (VI), Transitional Work Experience/Compensated Work Therapy (TWE/CWT) is a vocational rehabilitation program of the Department of Veterans Affairs which serves veterans with disabilities, while partnering as a sub-contract vendor for a diverse business and industrial community. VI provides temporary and permanent staffing for information technology, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, office support, retail and the services delivery industry. In select locations we also provide outsource support in assembly, packaging, sorting, grading, and reclaiming. From over 105 locations throughout the country, veterans in the VI program produce high quality work within allowable time and price parameters set by the participating company. Professional VI staff provides service coordination, job matching and worker assessment. Many of the VI programs nationally are CARF accredited; meeting and exceeding program quality expectations. We are conveniently located within VA medical centers in most large metropolitan areas and many smaller communities.
