Personalized care is the optimal goal of every VHA staff member, but the environment and the technology to support that care are critical to successful achievement. Engineers, designers, architects, information technology experts, and clinical care providers have collaborated to develop an idealized vision of what this care environment looks like across the Network over the course of the next five years.
