From the Houston RO to the San Antonio VA Office: Take Almeda Rd. north to 1st light (Holcombe). Turn right. Stay in left lane to 2nd light (HWY 288). Cross overpass and turn left onto Hwy 288 North. Stay in right 2 lanes to merge with Hwy 59 North. Continue north past downtown Houston. Take San Antonio I-10 West exit and follow I-10 West to San Antonio. Follow I-10 North thru downtown San Antonio past the 410 Loop. Take Wurzbach Rd. exit. Turn left under freeway. Turn left on Bluemel Rd. The VA Office is in the last building on the left.
From the San Antonio VA Office to the Houston RO: Starting at Bluemel Rd., begin on I-10 (US 87) heading southeast for 8 miles. Turn left on I-35 (US 81) heading east for 6 miles. Turn right on 410 SPUR heading southeast for 1 mile. Continue on I-410 heading southeast for 1 mile. Turn left on I-10 (US 90) heading east for 186 miles. Turn right on I-45 (US 75) heading southeast for 3 miles. Turn right on US 59 heading southwest for .4 miles. Bear left on HWY 288 heading south for 2 miles. Turn right on 90 ALT heading west for 1 mile to 6900 Almeda Rd.
From the Corpus Christi Outpatient Clinic to the Houston RO: Starting at 4646 Corona St., begin on HWY 358 heading north-west for 9 miles. Turn left on HWY 37 heading northeast for 198 miles. Bear right on 90 ALT heading east for 15 miles to 6900 Almeda Rd.
From the McAllen Outpatient Clinic to the Houston RO: Starting at 2nd St, begin on HWY 336 heading north for 3 miles. Turn right on HWY 107 heading east for 3 miles. Turn left on 281 BUS Rt heading north for 4 miles. Continue on HWY 281 heading north for 85 miles. Turn right on HWY 141 heading east for 16 miles. Bear left on HWY 77 heading northeast for 217 miles. Bear right on 90 ALT heading east for 15 miles to 6900 Almeda Rd.
From Hobby Airport to the RO: Starting at Hobby Airport, begin on Airport Blvd. Heading west. Turn right on Broadway heading north for 2 miles. Turn right on I-45 (Gulf FWY) heading northwest for 3 miles. Turn left on S. Wayside Dr. (90 ALT) heading west for 5 miles. Turn left on Almeda Rd (521) heading southeast. Turn left on Old Spanish Trail (90 ALT) heading east to 6900 Almeda Rd.
From Bush Intercontinental Airport to the RO: Starting at Bush Intercontinental Airport. Turn right on John F. Kennedy Blvd. heading south. Continue onto the on-ramp to N. Beltway (8 Loop, Sam Houston Pky) heading east for 2 miles. Turn right on US 59 (Eastex FWY) heading South for 15 miles. Continue on HWY 288 (South FWY) heading south for 3 miles. Turn right on Old Spanish Trail (90 ALT) heading west for 1 mile. Turn left on Almeda Rd. (521) heading southwest. Turn left on Old Spanish Trail (90 ALT) heading east to 6900 Almeda Rd.
