Netflix employees are allowed to take off as
much time as they want, so long as the quality of their work isn’t
compromised. Sound crazy? It appears to be working. Pay Potential. A new pay-for-performance system at the
Defense Department is expected to set the pace for the rest of Federal
government in boosting productivity and leadership. Whether annual pay increases will be enough
to motivate and keep valued employees remains to be seen. Score Cards Don't Work

agencies on issues doesn't change their behavior if the grades aren’t backed

driven prejudices have proven that both stereotypes and prejudices can be modified. One

History and Culture is scheduled to open in 2015 on the National Mall near

The Department of Veterans Affairs' top health official, testifying in

Plans Calls to 570,000 Iraq, Afghanistan Vets. The Department of Veterans Affairs says
that on May 1, 2008, it will start calling 570,000 recent combat veterans to
make sure they know what services are available to them. Transgender
Inclusion in the Workplace. A
report from the Human Rights Campaign provides employment professionals with
best practices for transgender workplace inclusion, as well as the state of
legal issues encompassing gender identity in employment situations. American
Airlines Expands Online Diversity & Inclusion Info. American Airlines has expanded the
diversity and inclusion information on its AA.com Web site, further enhancing
the airline industry's most comprehensive online resource for such
