The Complaints Prevention and Special Emphasis Team takes the lead on diversity and affirmative employment policy, special emphasis programs, internships, and training and education, and the majority of the Department's Annual Reports to the White House Initiatives Offices, Office of Personnel Management, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
