eCMS (Electronic Contract Management System)
VA's Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) Vendor Portal application allows industry partners to access VA procurement actions, provide responses and receive contract awards/orders, provide acknowledgement/shipping information, and submit invoices via the World Wide Web (www).
When using eCMS for the first time with VA Authentication Federation Infrastructure (VAAFI), users will have the opportunity to link their VAAFI credential to their existing eCMS account. If a user does not have an eCMS account he or she will be able to create one. After a user links their VAAFI credential to eCMS during the first encounter, he or she can skip that step in subsequent logons and proceed directly into eCMS.Follow this link to access eCMS using your VAAFI credential.
