VA provides world-class health coverage to eligible Veterans. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is America's largest integrated health care system, with more than 1,700 sites of care, and it is consistently ranked among the top health care providers in the country.

Applying is easy: Submit an application form and about a week later VA will send you written notification of your eligibility status. Do so in the following ways:

  • ONLINE: The fastest way to apply is online.
  • BY MAIL: Print, fill out, and mail the VA Form 10-10EZ to Health Eligibility Center, Enrollment Eligibility Center, 2957 Clairmont Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30329-1647.
  • IN PERSON: Visit the nearest VA medical center or clinic.

You may be eligible for VA benefits if you were discharged from active duty under any condition other than dishonorable. Some benefits may be used by active-duty Servicemembers. Spouses, children, and survivors of Veterans or Servicemembers may also be eligible for VA benefits.
