Frederick A. Webb II, AIA

Fred Webb joined CFM as Team Leader, Eastern Health Care Team, Project Management Service on June 11, 2006.
He is coming from the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) where he served as Chief Architect and Acting Deputy Director on master planning, site development, architectural programming and design, functional and space programming, construction, maintenance and repair, economic analysis and BRAC issues. He previously served as Design Branch Head at BUMED; Engineering Director at Naval Station Rota, Spain; Program Manager of OICC Trident, Kings Bay; and Staff Architect at the U.S. Naval Academy.
Mr. Webb attended Anne Arundel Community College, University of Maryland and attained his degree in architecture from Catholic University. He has been a registered architect in the District of Columbia since 1980 and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, DC Chapter.
He is a Vietnam veteran and was a Boiler Technician (BT2) on board the USS New Orleans LPH-11 in the Tonkin Gulf and Haiphong Harbor. He was also in the Naval Reserve before and after his active duty at various locations including Fort McHenry and the Pentagon.
He resides in Calvert County, MD with his wife Diane who is a cybersecurity grants manager at Prince George's Community College. His two grown children, Ruth and Alex, live and work in the area. His outside pursuits include reading, traveling, playing golf and attending family get togethers.
