  1. Recently, the policy has changed and we are now able to reimburse employees when they take and pass the Certified Government Financial Manager's (CGFM) test. Can you please tell us what BOC this charge should be applied to?

  2. We need to clarify which BOC we should be using to purchase length of service awards. Should it be 1128 for incentive awards or 2620 for supplies? Or something all together different?

In response to your request below, there is not a related BOC in VA or VA HRA Policy that this charge can be applied to, other than training.  For further clarification, please contact the servicing HR office for the exact BOC used for education and training.

The BOC that you should be using to purchase length of service awards is 1128 for Incentive awards.
