  1. On the payroll's Gross-To-Net report of PP25, I found the cost center that I have never seen before. The cost center is 310000. I went through the financial policies and didn't find it. Please advise this cost center refers to what division/section/something else. Thank you very much for your help.

OFP, Cost & Debt Management Service Response:  The cost center was established last May per the request of VBA Field Operations.  The actual cost center set up was 3100 Disability Rating Activity Site short name DRAS.  The extra digits are generally used in PAID to distinguish where the employees are reporting.  If you need further information please contact us and we will help.
