Is your business interested in aiding a Veteran in community reintegration while simultaneously cutting business costs?   If so, we have an opportunity you will be interested in hearing about.  Title 38, United States Code, Section 1718, authorizes Veterans Industries to establish an agreement with businesses to provide labor to private industry.  This authorization is designed to create employment experiences (full-time, part-time, short term, & long term positions) to help unemployed veterans return to competitive employment.  We would like to add your company to our growing list of Veterans Industries contracts.

In addition to helping veterans improve their quality of life, there are a number of benefits to you in contracting with the Veterans Employment Services (VES).  These benefits include:

1.  Recruitment, payroll and personnel processing costs are eliminated.  Veterans chosen for this program are screened based upon your requirements for each position. 

2. Your business will be free of responsibility for health care insurance costs, unemployment benefits, social security benefits, or Worker’s Compensation Insurance , which are SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS.

3. Contracts are bid in order to pay the veterans a comparable wage to others in the community performing similar tasks.  Amounts contracted include a cost of the administrative overhead of this program.

4. Your business will be recognized as a leader in helping unemployed veterans regain a productive life.
