Overview: Children of Women Vietnam Veterans Program
In addition to monetary allowances, vocational training and rehabilitation, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) also provides VA-financed healthcare benefits to women Vietnam veterans' birth children diagnosed with certain birth defects.
