Communications Department
The Communications Department at Purchased Care at the Health Administration Center (PC@HAC) is responsible for producing all publications for beneficiaries, including health insurance program handbooks. We are also responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all content on the PC@HAC website, and we provide informational outreach to groups of beneficiaries. You can use the link on this page to request an in-person briefing for your group, or to request a webinar – an interactive, Web-based live presentation that is viewed on computer. Participants can speak live to us by microphone or written message.
