If you have other health insurance you must notify the Health Administration Center of any changes (dropped insurance, changes in health plans, etc) immediately upon those changes taking effect so that proper payment to your claims can be made.
If you obtain a major medical policy you must also notify the Health Administration Center that you have a new policy an when it takes effect. You can make this notification by using an Other Health Insurance (OHI) form and sending it to CHAMPVA, PO Box 469063, Denver, CO, 80246-9063 or by calling 1-800-733-8387.
