Maui Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

The purpose of the Community Based Outpatient Clinics is to provide primary health care to eligible veterans using available resources. Primary health care means non-emergent care for veterans with stable chronic health problems or minor acute illnesses.

The CBOC is not equipped to provide emergency services. If emergency services are needed, you should seek treatment at the nearest hopital emergency room.

Driving directions:

From Kahului Airport, go towards airport exit on Alahao street (go .2 mile). Then turn left on Kaa street (go .2 mile). Kaa street becomes Palapala Drive (go <.1 mile). Turn left on Koeheke Street (go .2 mile). Bear right on ramp (go <.1 mile). Turn right on Keolani Place (go .9 mile). Turn right on Haleakala Hwy (go .4 mile). Continue on Hana Hwy (go .1 mile).
