New Developments in Disease Modifying Therapies
Michelle Cameron discusses new drugs being tested. These are in pill form rather than injection She focuses on two drugs, Cladribine and Finolimod, which are closest to approval. The test results are promising. However, both drugs work by surpressing the immune system which can have dangerous side effects. (9 minutes)
