95-2 VA Manual MP-2, Part 108-75, Rescission

RESCISSION

1. This notice is issued in accordance with Departmentwide policy and rescinds VA Manual MP-2, Subchapter E, Part 108-75, Equipment Requirements - Construction Projects, in its entirety.
2. Due to changes in procedures and processes with the reorganization of the construction program, guidance for construction projects will be provided by the appropriate Veterans Health Administration organization.
3. Equipment items required in support of a construction project will be handled in accordance with VA Directive 7126.1, Central Office Controlled Items List. VA Form 10-1348 and 10-1348a will be used for controlled equipment submissions.
4. RESCISSION: This notice is rescinded June 30, 1995; however, the information reflected will remain in effect until such time as there is a change in policy.
