Corporate Senior Executive Management Office (CSEMO)

At the direction of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, the Assistant Secretary for Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) stood up a corporate office to manage VA’s executive assets.  The Deputy Assistant Secretary leading VA’s Corporate Senior Executive Management Office (CSEMO) was hired in February 2010.  CSEMO was established to apply an enterprise-wide approach to executive management, including recruitment, retention, development, training, and rewarding our senior executives.  CSEMO provides “one-stop” services for VA’s executives, including benefits counseling and employee relations advice and assistance.
