The EA 4.2 VA Baseline (As-Is) Enterprise Architecture provides a snapshot of the existing VA business and information technology (IT) architectures.  EA 4.2 provides additional information in the form of a new business line (Medical Benefits) and the additional refinement of the Baseline System Inventory (e.g., detailed information on VistA).
