The following table identifies the Patterns that have been placed within the VA Pattern Registry. Under the FEA-TRM definition a technical component is defined as a Pattern if it is specifically intended to be used to provide predetermined functionality, across a wide spectrum of applications. This is a partial listing of VA Pattern components, which will be significantly augmented during future VA EA publications. The associated VA-TRM/FEA-TRM mapping matrix is intended to be used in the VA Project Milestone Process and the VA Ex-300 Budget Request EA review process, to assure process and data re-use within the VA IT portfolio. That VA-TRM/FEA-TRM mapping matrix also lists these VA-Patterns and associates them with both VA and FEA standards. In some cases specific configuration details are not published, for Critical Infrastructure Protection purposes - readers with a need to know should contact the listed POC/PM to obtain that detailed information.
