Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to departure as buses will leave on schedule. All buses will depart from front entrance of Marriott Marquis.

- Buses begin loading at 7:00 a.m. and will depart at 7:30 a.m.
- Kayaking
- Buses will begin loading at 8:00 a.m. and will depart at 8:30 a.m.
- Track and Field, Rowing
- Buses will begin loading at 6:15 a.m. and will depart at 6:30 a.m.
- Sailing
- Begin loading sailboats at 10:45 a.m. and will depart at 11:30 a.m.
- Cycling
- Buses will begin loading at 8:30 a.m. and will depart at 9:00 a.m.
Afternoon Sessions
- Opening Ceremonies
- Buses begin loading at 9:45 a.m. those buses depart at 10:15 a.m.
- Surfing
- Buses begin loading at 4:00 p.m. buses depart for hotel at 4:15 p.m.
- Kayaking
- Buses will begin loading at 4:00 p.m, buses depart for hotel at 4:30 p.m.
- Track and Field, Rowing
- Buses will begin loading at 4:00 p.m., buses depart for hotel at 4:15 p.m.
- Sailing
- (If Needed Alternate Site) Begin loading afternoon sailboats at 4:45 p.m. returning at 5:00 p.m.
- Cycling
- Buses will begin loading at 4:00 p.m., buses depart for hotel at 4:15 p.m.
