The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) continues the development of requirements for an information system to support the planning and management of the 2014 National Veterans Small Business Engagement (NVSBE). As noted below, OSDBU has pursued a Request for Information (RFI) and conducted an Industry Day under the Event Planning and Event Support for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise-Wide blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as part of a Service-Connected Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside against the GSA Schedule 541 4D – Conference, Events and Tradeshow Planning Services.
We expect to include, as a mandatory CLIN, the requirements for a management information system to enable OSDBU to manage a large, complex event. As part of this requirement, offerors will be expected to provide a demonstration of capabilities to be included in the evaluation of their proposals. A link to the demonstration instructions is displayed below. OSDBU will provide the demonstration data sets upon request to any interested party.
