Clinic Locations and Telephone Numbers

The Geriatric Center of Excellence, is located eight miles northeast of Oakland, in O'Hara Township. This center has 336 operating beds, of which 50 beds are designated as a Dementia Unit, 36 beds are designated for hospice and palliative care, and the remainder are Nursing Home Care beds. Our commitment to an all encompassing Geriatric Care Program is evidenced by the completion of a modern replacement hospital at Aspinwall. The replacement Hospital was opened November 5, 1994. In addition to this new building to better serve our veteran population, this facility has opened several outpatient clinics.
