Case #1

Sixty three year old patient with visual field changes ( bilateral Hemianopsia) and elevated FSH. The patient was operated on but he died a month later. Autopsy was performed.

Case # 2

This 73 year old patient with a history of a small bowell tumor. 5HIAA elevated. Bone lesions evident on x-ray. One of the lesions on the right iliac crest was biopsied.
