The
VA Child Care Subsidy Program is administered by First Financial Associates
(FFA), a contractor. FFA performs the day-to-day operational requirements
of the program.
BACKGROUND: FFA
was founded in 1989, over 18 years ago. FFA provides administrative
and management support services on behalf of organizations nationwide.
FFA has been providing administrative and management support services
in connection with various Child Care Subsidy Programs since 2002,
including the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of Labor,
U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
Office of the Inspector General.
