VALOR (VA Laboratory Outreach Referral) Services is a VA North Texas Health Care System reference laboratory dedicated to meeting the changing needs of the healthcare community. VA North Texas Health Care System has historically been a leader in the healthcare community implementing medical advances, which aid in early detection, prevention, and management of disease. The vision of VALOR Services is to expand this leadership in the laboratory diagnostic and research community. We provide our customers with a comprehensive spectrum of diagnostic testing, excellent service, and quality education to aid in the goal of patient wellness.

We provide clients with more than just laboratory results. Your account will be monitored for all of the following:

• Appropriate specimen requirement
• Accuracy of patient data entry
• Turn-around-time
• Confidentiality of reporting

Additionally, a technologist is available twenty-four hours a day should you need assistance. STATs and critical values are phoned to your facility. All questions and concerns are addressed immediately.
