What Does OAWP Do After It Receives My Complaint ?
Every concern or complaint received will be processed through the Triage Division. The Triage team will review each complaint, provide a thorough review and decipher the nature and severity of the allegations. Each person submitting a complaint will be contacted to further discuss the situation. Afterwards, the investigative process begins. Those complaints that are less serious and are determined as a personnel related issue are redirected and managed internally.
