Workforce Management supports the delivery of VA Chief Business Office & Pharmacy Benefits Management programs through human resources management, professional development, and related consultative services.  Workforce Management is aligned under the VA Chief Business Office and supports managers and employees at VA’s Consolidated Patient Account Centers, Health Eligibility Center, Health Resource Center, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacies, and other CBO and PBM locations.

Workforce Management staff work primarily from Topeka, Kansas with HR liaisons staffed at 10 customer locations across the United States.
