Grant and Per Diem Program - Technical Assistance (GPD-TA)

VA's Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program awards grants to community-based agencies that provide transitional housing and supportive services for homeless Veterans.  VA provides per diem payments to non-profit organizations to help offset the operational costs of these programs.  Grantees may choose to utilize different housing models to most effectively meet the needs of homeless Veterans in their communities.  This site is intended to provide technical assistance to agencies looking to implement the models below.  The GPD Program Homepage (https://www.va.gov/HOMELESS/GPD.asp) has additional information on the program requirements.
