NEW:  Holiday Greetings

This season brings a time of mixed emotions. For those of you who have lost a friend or loved one, our heart goes out to you. Yet despite the struggles we are experiencing in our SSVF community, you continue to offer hope to struggling Veterans and their families. While the world can seem like it is upside down at times, you remain consistent in providing hope and help to these men and women, reminding them to keep the faith that better days are ahead. We are grateful to be a part of such a community and truly thank you for your perseverance and caring. You continue to make a profound difference in the lives of thousands.

Best of wishes to you and your families in this Holiday Season

NEW: MOA Addendum for all FY2023 Grantees

On December 21, 2022, addendums were sent out to be signed by all existing FY23 Grantees. The Addendum #1 allows existing grantees with an FY 2023 grant award the ability to utilize funds to provide resources to landlords (landlord incentives), miscellaneous move-in expenses to Veteran families (tenant incentives) and serve Veteran households who have income up to 80% of the local AMI. This addendum aligns current operations with the upcoming FY24 NOFA currently open for applications.

All signed addendums are due back to the Program Office via UDPaaS no later than January 13, 2022.

This guidance is aligned with Supplemental Award FAQ.  Note: This Addendum does not include Housing Navigation Services for HUD-VASH teams. The SSVF Program Office will continue to provide technical assistance and support for grantees implementing these new services throughout 2023.
