NEW: Supplemental NOFA Communities Monthly Report Due in UDPaaS 10/28/2022 

All grantee recipients of the FY22 Supplemental NOFA funds are required to complete a monthly report activity in UDPaaS.  The September report is due 10/28/2022 and should include any data from the start of the grant until 09/30/2022.  Reach out to your Regional Coordinator if you have any questions.  

 

REMINDER: FY23 Resolution and FY23 Budget Revisions due 11/09/2022 

The SSVF Program Office has published the FY23 Resolution and Budget Revisions activities.  All awarded grantees are required to complete these activities in the UDPaaS system.  Instructions for completion are within the UDPaaS system.  Contact your SSVF Regional Coordinator should you have questions.  

 

REMINDER: SSVF Administrative Cost Approach Survey due 10/21/2022 

The SSVF Program Office is requiring that all grantees complete this Administrative Cost Approach Survey by 10/21/22.  The survey must be completed by senior management, specifically leadership staff that are part of the overall fiscal management of SSVF funding.  The survey can be accessed at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/28B6F8F

REMINDER: Keep Grant Contacts Up to Date in UDPaaS 

  

It is required that all SSVF grantees ensure their Grant Contacts are kept up to date in UDPaaS.  Grantees must add contacts for each fiscal year grant.  As a reminder, grantees should add all required roles in UDPaaS to include Organizational Management, Grant Operations, Fiscal Management. Grantees can add up to three contacts per role.  If the account owner should change, please contact your Regional Coordinator.    

  

 

RESOURCE: SSVF Shared Housing Toolkit 

The SSVF Program Office has released an updated version of the Shared Housing Toolkit. This toolkit is intended to address questions and implementation concerns related to Shared Housing and increased utilization.  Given the current housing market, Shared Housing should be considered an effective tool to address housing needs.  The toolkit can be found on our website and at the link below:
