SSVF Repository Upload Requirements – January
The
SSVF Program Office is extending the January (December data) upload
period. In an effort to support grantees in having the best data quality
possibly for the Calendar Year Goals 2023, the SSVF Program Office will provide
a slight extension for the January (December) uploads to the repository.
Thank
you for your work. We are looking forward to your awesome data as we wrap up
the calendar year.
NEW: SSVF FY25 NOFA
Webinar
The
SSVF Program Office has provided information about the FY25 NOFA via recorded
webinar posted on our YouTube channel. Please review the webinar as you prepare
to complete the FY25 NOFA application process.

NEW:
SSVF Quarter 1 Certification due in UDPaaS January 26, 2024 (available January 2, 2024)
The SSVF Program Office is requiring all
grantees to complete a Quarterly Certification in UDPaaS. This process is
defined in your signed Memorandum of Agreement for your grant and is a
requirement of all grantees. The Quarter 1 (October 1 - December 31)
Certification is available in UDPaaS for completion from January 2, 2024
through January 26, 2024. Please ensure accuracy of submission as the
Program Office will compare all data provided through Repository uploads from
Quarter 1 of FY24. The Companion Guide to completing the
certification will be available in UDPaaS for grantees to reference instructions
for completion of the activity.
This
webinar will provide a review of the FY23 Customer Satisfaction Survey end of
year reporting and next steps for each SSVF Grantee to address any areas in
need of improvement. The webinar will include a review of results and next
steps for grantees to complete a corrective action plan for each
underperforming area.
