Data Entry & HMIS Participation
As a
continuation of previous SSVF Program Data Entry requirements, this week will
highlight HMIS Participation by SSVF Grantees. As noted in the FY2021
Data Guide, Section II: To participate in HMIS, means to provide client
level data into the database that is designed by the Continuum of Care (CoC) as
that jurisdiction’s HMIS. Therefore, Grantees are participating in HMIS
by contributing data to HMIS. For the VA, participation in HMIS also
includes creating uploads of client data for the VA’s HMIS Repository.
