Employee Education Events
ORMDI promotes a healthy working environment through prevention, resolution, and processing of workplace disputes, including complaints of discrimination. We foster prevention by ensuring that managers and staff are educated on the elements of a healthy working environment. In support of our Mission and Vision, ORMDI has compiled a list of diversity and inclusion resources relevant for all VA employees. These, and many other learning resources, can be accessed in the Talent Management System (TMS).
