The Rule of Two

Time: 2:00 PM- 3:00 PM (EST)

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), hosts business development webinars to help entrepreneurs become procurement ready and posture themselves to do business with VA.

In the Rule of Two in Kingdomware, the Supreme Court interpreted Section 8127(d) of the VBA (38 U.S.C. §§ 8127-8128) to mean the Rule of Two is mandatory and applies to all VA.procurements, including the federal supply procurement at issue in Kingdomware. In legal speak, this says a lot, but practically speaking, what does the Rule of Two mean to you as a small business owner?
