Leadership Coaches & Mentors

Working with a leadership coach can help you gain a deeper insight into who you are, how you lead and improve your effectiveness as a leader. VHA currently provides coaches and mentors to those in a supervisor or leadership role. (Note:additional coach or mentor programs may be offered by your local organization or specific career field. Contact your supervisor and local education office for more information.)
