Working with a leadership coach can help you gain a deeper insight into who you are, how you lead, and improve your effectiveness as a leader. VHA currently provides coaches and mentors to those in a supervisor or leadership role. (Note: additional coach or mentor programs may be offered by your local organization or specific career field. Contact your supervisor and local education office for more information.)VHA’s National Center for Organization Development (NCOD) oversees the VHA Leadership Coaching program.
