Whole Health Facilitator Materials

Whole Health facilitators help Veterans navigate the pathway to their own Whole Health. Veterans engage with these trained facilitators as they learn about the benefits of Whole Health and personal health planning.

Whole Health facilitators are trained to offer:

  • Introduction to Whole Health: An educational and experiential course that introduces participants to Whole Health and offers time for self-care and self-exploration through the completion of a Personal Health Inventory.
  • Taking Charge of My Life and Health: This facilitated group program centers around the eight elements of the Circle of Health and helps Veterans explore their values and set goals for health and well-being.

Watch this short film (about 18 minutes) to follow a Veteran on his unique journey along the Whole Health Pathway.
