Randy Erickson MSS, BSCE

Prior to this detail, Mr. Erickson has served as the Chief Facilities Management and a Healthcare Engineer for the AVAHS since December 2018.  Mr. Erickson completed a 29-year military career in 2024.  During this period, he served in leadership positions at various command levels and during deployed operations.

The Associate Director is an integral member of the Executive Management team, responsible for overseeing Fiscal Management, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, Health Administration, Public Affairs, Center for Development and Civic Engagement, Police Operations, and Rural Health departments supporting health care services for 34,000 enrolled veterans throughout the state of Alaska.   Mr. Erickson obtained a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the Army War College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy.
