We know the Hospital has a host of specialty clinic services and sometimes finding them can be a hassle.
As part of a Systems Redesign project with the goal of improving communications, the specialty clinic nursing staff initiated a Rapid Process Improvement Project. the idea was to create magnets to give out to Veterans with the clinic information. through consultation with our facility outreach team, we decided to have the list live online and make a QR code directing Veterans to it. This will enable for realtime updates in the event a clinic moves and the number changes.
