Albany VA Acting Business Office Manager, Erwin “Dom” Dominguez, recently had the opportunity to interview Rheal “Ray” Dupuis. Ray is a 102YO WW II Veteran of the Army Air Corp. Ray was born in the town of Sainte-Clotilde, Quebec, Canada on September 10, 1922. At the age of 2 Ray’s family immigrated to the United States and settled in Cohoes, NY.
As a young man Ray worked at the Watervliet Arsenal before being drafted into the US Army in June of 1942. To watch this short story on Ray’s life and his experiences at the VA click here.
