Jordan Bignell is the Assistant Director of VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System
Previously, he served as the Chief of Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service (PSAS) at VA Ann Arbor and the Central Ohio VA in Columbus. He also held the role of Prosthetic Representative at the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System's Seattle division. Mr. Bignell began his VA career with Battle Creek VA and the North-East Consolidated Patient Accounts Center before transitioning into PSAS leadership.
A graduate of the Health Science Scholars Program at the University of Michigan, Mr. Bignell holds a Certificate in Aging from Boston University. In 2024, he completed the Midwest Consortium's Service Chief to Quad Training program. Before joining the VA, he worked in various roles within skilled nursing and senior living facilities.
