Dr. Snyder is a native of Winston-Salem, NC.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Davidson College in 1985. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UNC School of Dentistry in 1989 and completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at UNC in 1990. Prior to coming to Charles George VAMC in 2010, Dr. Snyder operated his own private practice of general dentistry for 13½ years and was the Dental Service Director at another hospital.
